How to log into Verto

The Verto login page can be accessed here: https://app.verto365.com

Non Single Sign-On (SSO) Login

Upon arriving at the Verto login screen, you will be required to enter your email address and Verto password. Your Verto password must be a minimum of 15 characters long. If you are unsure of your password, you can reset this by clicking on the ‘Forgot Password’ option (see above). If you enter your password incorrectly and lock yourself out, this will automatically unlock after 5 minutes.

When you create your new password, the system will check if that password has been previously exposed in an online data leak according to the database maintained at Have I Been Pwned. This database is updated continuously with new breach information from many different sources. The data breaches have all occurred elsewhere online and not on the Verto platform. We do not send your password to Have I Been Pwned for analysis, we only send the first 5 characters of a non-reversible SHA1 hash instead (more information on this can be found online). If you receive this message when trying to create a new password, you must choose a different one.

Once you have successfully entered your login details, simply click ‘Log In’ to access Verto.

Single Sign-On (SSO) Login

Upon arriving at the Verto login screen, your email address and password will be auto-populated using your Active Directory credentials.

Simply click ‘Login with Microsoft’ to access Verto.

Top Tip

  • Whenever you log into Verto you will always be taken back to the last site you visited. If you have permission to access to more than one site, i.e. a Test site or another organisation, you may find yourself logged back into one of these.  To change the site, simply click on User Profile > Change Site. See How to switch between Verto sites for more information.
