The following is a summary of the key enhancements delivered in the third release of 2024:
Introducing the ‘Move’ Feature
- Our ‘move’ feature provides a simple way to escalate or transfer the ownership of an item in one project, over to another project or programme. For example, transfer the ownership of a project risk over to the parent programme.
- The move process is supported by an approval step, allowing the receiving project or programme to either accept or reject the move request. See: How to move items between projects and programmes.

Verto Chat
- Verto Chat is our new AI assistant located directly within Verto. It can be accessed via a new icon
located in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen. Verto Chat has direct access to every part of the Knowledge Hub and is designed to help you find out the answers you need, as quickly as possible.
