A stage in Verto is the online 'form' that a user must complete for each step of a project lifecycle. Movement between the stages is supported by workflows and if required, an approval step. For example, a lifecycle could consist of the following stages:
- Programmes
- Develop
- Plan
- Deliver
- Close
- Archive
Verto can be customised to match existing processes and terminology for your organisational needs, such as waterfall and agile.
If preferred, a single stage lifecycle can be built with the option to utilise input templates.
