External Forms sit outside of the standard Verto platform which means individuals do not require a licence to access them. Because there is no licence requirement, external forms are a great way to facilitate the gathering of new ideas, change proposals and potential new projects from staff and external partners.
All data entered into a submitted external form will feed directly into Verto and if required, can go on to move through the normal stages of delivery.
It is possible to have multiple external forms, each designed for a different purpose. Each form will have it's own unique URL which can be shared.
