How to contact the VAaaS Helpdesk

When you contact the VAaaS helpdesk, you will need to provide us with some key information in order for us to investigate your query. To make this process as easy as possible, we have created a set of forms for each of our most common support requests. Below you will find a brief description of each request type, along with a ‘click here’ link which will take you directly to the form to complete. 

When you start a new form, we will automatically send you an email containing a link. This link can then be used to re-visit the form if you are not ready to complete and submit. Note: the very first time you click on a support request link you will be prompted to register. This is different from your own site login details. 

Upon submission of your form, a member of our Support Team will be notified and will be in touch to discuss next steps. 

1. Project Role Request

The project roles in your site will determine whether a user can edit or simply view a project and any associated governance reports, such as highlight reports or change requests.  Although the project role permissions are set-up during your initial site build, there may be occasions when you need to update these i.e. you want to introduce a new project role type. 2. Lookup Value Request

The answers presented to a user when viewing a drop-down question in Verto are known as 'lookup values'. These lookup values will occasionally need updating or adding to i.e. you want to add a new category to your existing risk category drop-down question. Use this form for any lookup value changes: Click Here

3. Workflow Request

The workflows assigned to your lifecycle stages and governance reports will determine the approval flow for your projects, highlight reports, or change requests etc.  Although the workflows are set-up during your initial site build, there may be occasions when you decide to change these. Use this form for any workflow changes: Click Here.

4. Stage Configuration Request

This form can be used to request changes to your existing lifecycle stage(s) build. Such changes can include; amending the wording of existing questions, updating help text, or the adding / removing of fields. This form can also be used if you want to request a new lifecycle stage(s). Use this form for any stage build changes: Click Here

5. Governance Report Configuration Request

This form can be used to request changes to your existing governance report(s) build. Such changes can include; amending the wording of existing questions, updating help text, or the adding / removing of fields. This form can also be used if you want to request a new governance report. Use this form for any governance build changes: Click Here

6. External Form Configuration Request

This form can be used to request changes to your existing external form(s) build. Such changes can include; amending the wording of existing questions, updating help text, or the adding / removing of fields. This form can also be used to if you want to request a new external form. 7. Input Template Configuration Request

This form can be used to request changes to your existing input template(s) build. Such changes can include; amending the wording of existing questions, updating help text, or the adding / removing of fields. This form can also be used if you want to request a new input template. 8. Sub-Project Configuration Request

This form can be used to request changes to your existing sub-project build. Such changes can include; amending the wording of existing questions, updating help text, or the adding / removing of fields. This form can also be used if you want to request a new sub-project build. Use this form for any sub-project build changes: Click Here

9. Report Request

This form can be used for the following request types:

  • Raise an issue with an existing custom report.
  • Request a change to an existing custom report.
  • Request a new custom report.
