Access to lifecycle stages, governance reports and data is controlled throughout Verto through permissions. The four levels of permission are Licences, User Accounts, Group Permissions and Project Roles.
Unless a user is assigned ‘super’ permissions, they will only have access to the projects or activities they are involved in e.g. Project Member, Task or Risk Owner etc. If a user doesn’t have an involvement in any projects within a stage, they will not see that stage or the projects within it.
