How to use the Verto 365 Teams App

Our Verto 365 App allows you to manage your work and collaborate within Microsoft Teams. 

Click here to access the Verto 365 App in the Microsoft store. If you cannot see the App, please contact your IT Department, and ask for it to be added to the approved list of Apps for your organisation. The good news is that enabling use of the Verto App is really easy! All we need to know is your Microsoft Tenant ID. 

To access any other Verto sites using the App, you must have an active account in the site and the site must be associated with the same Microsoft tenant ID that your active directory account belongs to. For more information on getting access to the Teams App for your organisation, please contact Verto Support. 

Requesting site access through Teams

Whilst in the Verto 365 App, click on the Settings Tab > Request Access

The ‘Request Access’ tab will display all sites belonging to your organisation in which you do not have an active account. You are not able to access these sites. You can however, submit a request to the site System Administrator to be activated. 

To request access to a site, click the Request button.

View pending requests

The ‘Pending Requests’ tab will display any outstanding site access requests you have.  

If the request is approved, the site will move into your ‘Sites’ tab. If the request is not approved, the site will remain in the request access list. An email will be sent confirming the outcome.
