Open up the card you wish to edit and then click on ‘Checklists’ in the right-hand menu. A new pop-up will appear.
Give your checklist a ‘title’ i.e. To Do's, and then click OK. Alternatively, you can copy a checklist from a card on one of your other boards (personal or project level). Note: copying a checklist will only copy the item titles across. Due dates and members are not copied.

Next, click on the Add button to start adding items to your checklist.

Each item can have a title, due date (and time) and be assigned members. Verto will suggest members based on who already has access to the board and other cards.

Click OK. Repeat until all of the required items have been added.
As items in the list are completed, the checkbox on the left-hand side can be ticked. Completed items will show as striked through and green. The grey bar at the top of the list will also update to show the current percentage complete of the overall list. The bar will go from grey to red as items are completed, finally turning green when all items have been ticked.

By default all checklist items will be displayed (both outstanding and completed). If required, completed items can be hidden from view by clicking on the downward arrow > Show Checked, next to the ‘Add’ button. The tick will disappear. Repeat these steps to re-tick and display completed items again.

Convert checklist item to a card
To convert a list item into a card of its own, against the item, click on downward arrow > Convert To Card.

Select the destination board and list, then click ‘OK’.

The item will be removed from the card checklist and be accessible via the newly created card. Any members assigned to the original checklist item will be shown as card members.
Advice
- There are currently no notifications for checklist items (due date reminders or member assignment).
- If a card is moved or copied, the due dates and members will be removed from all checklist items.
- Checklist progress is displayed on the front of the card and is visible via Feeds.
