Click on a widget or specific area within a widget i.e. Red Status, to bring up the data table displaying the underlying records. Locate the record you want to drill into and click the Edit button at the end of the row.
If your widget is linked to top level information i.e. a programme, then you will be taken directly to the list of projects within the programme. From here you can select an individual project.
If your widget is linked to specific data such as risks or issues, you will be taken directly to the individual record. You can make any amendments to the records in the normal way.
To get back to the dashboard from a project, click on the red X in the top left hand corner and to get back to the dashboard from an individual record, scroll down to the bottom and click OK.
Top Tip
- If a data table does not appear when you click on a widget or a specific area within a widget, this means that the widget has not been linked to the underlying data table. Read this article to find out more: How to link a widget to the underlying data
